Within this process we nail down the details to ensure the work is performed according to architectural drawings and specifications, within safety regulations and in line with contract terms, schedule and budget. Our daily services include supervising labor, ordering and receiving materials, and maintaining synergy with the client.

BUILDING REHABILITATION, FIRE RESTORATION

Twenty9, Inc. performs both interior and exterior renovations on many types of buildings.  This includes; masonry, woodwork, roofs, windows, kitchens, baths and painting. We perform all types of rehabs from large to small. Each project is completed in harmony with our client’s unique needs.

COMMERCIAL BUILD-OUTS

Restaurants, clothing stores, hockey pro-shops, medical centers, offices, boutiques, bars and showrooms are some of the many build-outs constructed by our company. We work around all operational schedules.

HIGH-RISE CONDOMINIUM REHABILITATION

We work within management and building regulations, and elevator restrictions. We work closely with the client and building management to meet the clients needs while conforming to building codes.

SINGLE FAMILY DESIGN/BUILD
