In December of 2018 we had a house fire and hired Sean and Twenty9 to put our home together. Our family had to move out of our house and the for an unspecified period of time until it was ready. During that period the entire house and every single content was unpacked and taken out.

Sean and his crew led by Alfred did a remarkable and even heroic job in getting us back in our house in 5 months. During that period we had to redo virtually every room in the house. Sean and his crew were at the house every single day with an agenda and outline. They were organized, always accessible, always returned calls and texts, and picked up the phone. They were attentive to our needs, the workers paid close attention to detail and the work was excellent.
The work consisted of new hardwood floors, painting, crown molding, drywall, new fireplace, we had them build out a huge storage room into an office, we had our master bathroom redone, new lighting throughout the house, new hardwood stairs installed upstairs, renovated kitchen and much more.
There are so many contractor horror stories out there but I can tell you firsthand that from day 1 until the final day which consisted of punchlist items, Sean, Alfred and Twenty9 were outstanding and true helped us get through this miserable period of our lives.

Sean and his team are AMAZING! Every step of the projects in the house. He comes and checks the work. He also makes sure that everything that is chosen. Sean and his team are amazing. Twenty9, Inc. recently remodeled three bathrooms in our 1940 fixer-upper home. From start to finish, they exceeded our expectations. Every effort was made to do things right the first time and stay on budget. At the beginning of the project, we were given a detailed estimate so we knew exactly what was included within the scope of the project. Having done so much work on older homes like ours, the estimate was shockingly accurate. Our only overages were completely my fault…I just couldn’t resist the marble counter tops:)
Sean was incredibly helpful in making our selections and used his buying power and influence with vendors to get us the best possible pricing. Before demolition, Sean met with his crew in my home and recorded a video in English and Spanish reviewing every detail of the project in order to prevent mistakes. Both Sean and the project manager, Ken, were always reachable and often physically checking on the progress of our project. I actually loved having the crew in the house. They were super respectful, nice to my pet and kids, and I miss the hum of them singing upstairs.
The end result was three gorgeous bathrooms that cost exactly what we had expected. I have been a home owner for nearly twenty years and remodeled several kitchens and bathrooms. My experience with Twenty9, Inc was by far the best. The quality of the work was excellent, the price was fair, and there were no surprises. I can’t wait to do our next project with Twenty9.
